What We Do
We make small-batch spirits distilled from local spring water, using barley and locally grown potatoes when possible.
The still has a 100 litre kettle, so extra special care can be taken in the production of quality finished spirits.
The Passion
Tumbledown distillery has been a long time dream.
After retiring in early 2017, it was time to make this dream a reality when I could spend the time and dedication needed to produce a quality spirit.

The recipe has already been refined and the larger still has arrived in the Falkland Islands so it won't be long before the spirits can start flowing.
